Peter Chegwidden has over 20 years experience in drilling and commissioning of drill rigs. In this time he has devoted his expertise and service to the drilling and mining industry. Peter’s hands on approach has been the pivotal point in the companies growing success.
Roseann joined Welldrill in May 2010 with 20 years’ experience in Accounting and Office Management. She has a Diploma in Accounting, a Diploma in Business and will be commencing a Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety with Welldrill. She is responsible for Pump Testing operations, all administrative, financial and accounting functions of the Company.
Chris joined Welldrill in November 2010 with drilling and project management experience throughout Australia, Pakistan and Eqypt. He is responsible in organising and supervising all the Drilling operational activities that facilitate the smooth and safe running of rigs according to Company Policies and Procedures. He is currently studying for the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Peter joined Welldrill in March 2009 with 20 years plus experience from various companies in many countries. He is responsible for our workshop and maintenance of the fleet and plant; supervising all service and repair work; overhaul of equipment components; and tracking preventative maintenance and breakdown services.
Safety and Training Coordinator
Mark joined Welldrill in May 2012. He has a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and is a qualified auditor of management systems. Prior to joining Welldrill, Mark worked for over 10 years in the building industry as builder/project manager/safety coordinator. Over the last five years he worked principally on school construction sites and has therefore developed an excellent understanding of safety requirements in this area.
Mark is responsible for ensuring Welldrill achieves its Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE) and Training objectives by developing, implementing, supporting and continuously improving the Policy, Procedures and Practices.
He provides liaison and assistance to management and staff in relation to Safety and Training and ensures that Welldrill’s legal and contractual compliance obligations have been met. He is also responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving competency based training.
